U.S. Bank has earned the top ranking for responsiveness and reliability on its credit card Web site at usbank.com, according to a new study released on March 15 by Keynote.
U.S. Bank ranked number one in site reliability and responsiveness, which means during the 30-day evaluation period covered in the study, the site was highly available with little or no downtime, and customers were able to download pages and complete transactions quickly.
"We have long valued and credited our competitive advantage to the outstanding service we provide our U.S. Bank customers," said Patrick Coll, executive vice president of retail payments at U.S. Bank. "Keynote's findings validate what we have aimed to achieve in our customer service efforts, and we are gratified with the responses that our customers provided as part of this study."
The Keynote Service Level Rankings provide performance data and competitive rankings in site reliability, including site availability and outages, and site responsiveness. Also included are performance data and competitive rankings in the areas of load handling, response time consistency, geographic consistency and responsiveness over both high-speed (DSL) and low-speed connections. Overall, the study captures 6,500 data points for each Web site and ranks each site in more than 40 performance metrics.
