New Infopia Executives Represent Further Investment in Customer Service

Posted on: Monday, 19 March 2007, 12:00 CDT

SALT LAKE CITY, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Infopia, the leader in multi-channel online selling solutions, today announced continued investments in customer service. The company recruited Kory Kimball as its new vice president of client services and Cindy Purvance as director of customer care. Both known as rising stars in Silicon Valley, the new executives also reinforce Infopia's leadership team as the company continues to experience robust growth and success in the eCommerce software market.

Kimball is responsible for Infopia's client services team and focused on creating the best customer experience in eCommerce. Previously, he was vice president of client services at WebTrends, a leader in web analytics, where he built the services team into the largest and most successful in its industry, serving global customers that include Microsoft, T-Mobile, IKEA, and more than 4,000 others. Kimball has an accounting and business degree from the University of Washington, and is a licensed C.P.A.

Purvance leads Infopia's customer management team to ensure customer success and support. Previously, she managed eBay's program to educate its Seller Development teams about eBay Certified Providers and was also the senior account manager for eBay Live Auctions, ensuring the success of over 300 auction houses worldwide, including the world-renown Sotheby's. Her eclectic background includes a degree in cell and molecular biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

"We are pleased to have Cindy and Kory on board," said Bjorn Espenes, CEO of Infopia. "They will be pivotal in extending our commitment to our customers and raising the industry bar. At the end of the day, that's exactly our business: we help our customers take care of their customers, and we do that very well."

Ted Goudie, owner of Expert Gameroom LLC and an Infopia customer, added, "The people at Infopia are its biggest asset. There are three times as many employees than last year, yet I still feel that same level of passion. And obviously there's a lot of talent too, but somehow Infopia manages to keep finding all the right people who love what they're doing."
