Amitelo Communications, Inc. Announces That It Has Been Awarded A Service Contract From Betterway Telecom

MALAGA, Spain, Sept. 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amitelo Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ALOC) today announced that it has been awarded a Service Contract by Betterway Telecom Ltd. (Pink Sheets:BTWJ) calling for the delivery of the following VoIP products and services:
1. VoIP Gateways for three (3) different POP Points of Presence in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean 2. VoIP Gatekeeper to handle the network management of all installed VoIP Gateways 3. A Billing Solution to handle pre-paid and post-paid VoIP accounts 4. An Interconnection with Amitelo's network 5. Training and consultancy for the technical staff 6. Multilingual Call Centre Services
Based on this contract, Amitelo's remuneration will be $250,000 US in cash and 10 million restricted shares in Betterway Telecom.
