Approved And Available
Dataram Corporation (Nasdaq:DRAM), a leading provider of memory for OEM and systems builders, announced that six of its memory modules have been tested and approved for use in Intel(R) ZT 5515 and ZT 5524, PICMG 2.16 (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group) computer processor boards.
The Intel ZT 5515 single board computer can be configured with a Dataram DTP63642D/256MB, DTP63643D/512MB or DTP63638D/1GB DDR266 memory module in the system's single DIMM slot.
The Intel ZT5524 can be configured with a Dataram DTP60172G/256MB, DTP60194H/512MB or DTP60193G/1GB PC133 memory in the single memory socket. All Dataram memory modules for the ZT series are ECC, low-profile 1.2-inch in height and are monolithic non-stacked modules, including the 1GB designs, for greater reliability, system availability and lower cost.
The Intel NetStructure ZT series feature Pentium III and Pentium 4 processors with speeds up to 2 GHz, and run Windows, Linux or VxWorks operating systems. The products provide OEM's with CompactPCI standards-based building block solutions for carrier-grade telecom and Internet applications.
