Funeral Services for Church of God in Christ Leader Bishop Gilbert Earl Patterson Will Be Webcast Live at DigitalFX’s helloWorld.Com
LAS VEGAS, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In what may be the largest live webcast in terms of viewers of a religious service, DigitalFX International, Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: DFXN) , said today it will host via the web the funeral services in Memphis of Bishop Gilbert Earl Patterson, one of the world's most respected Christian leaders and head of the Church of God in Christ with close to seven million members. It is the second largest African-American church with members in 57 countries around the world.
The "International Homegoing Service" for the late bishop will be this Saturday, March 31, 10 a.m. Central Time in Memphis at the Temple of Deliverance Church of God, which seats more than 5,000 people. Worshippers around the world who cannot attend the service will be able to view it live via the Internet on large video screens in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Detroit and at more than 300 churches in the U.S. and abroad.
