LOS ANGELES, April 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorldCompanies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWDC) announced today the official release of its StayRelated.com(R) Online Private Network System. StayRelated.com(R) allows any individual to establish as many online networks as he or she chooses where they can stay in touch with friends, family members or any group of people, securely and by invitation only.

Unlike MySpace and other online social networking programs, StayRelated is completely private and secure and provides a place where friends and family groups can stay in touch easily, communicate privately, view each other's newest posts, share calendars, photos and more. StayRelated also allows professional and business groups to create a forum in which they can conduct private and secure online meetings and ongoing dialogues where they can communicate securely, brainstorm effectively, and speak freely and safely.

Each StayRelated Private Network has its own private database and other members of StayRelated do not post web information to anyone else's database. Each StayRelated Private Network is also secured with a certified and trusted SSL certificate banning all possible theft of information and provides two levels of password security for maximum protection. Users can grant access to each Private Network by invitation only, and can also provide posting access to members of each network without granting them permission to edit or change information or settings.

The initiator of each StayRelated Private Network establishes an administrator account that allows the administrator to create multiple accounts for members, upload newsletters and edit all of the information entered by other members. Once the administrator has activated an account for each member they are able to log into their private member site. The administrator can send group announcements or newsletters to all members and manage the message board, while allowing individual members to post information, pictures and communicate with each other.

Once logged in, each individual member is able to edit pictures for their member profile, edit their contact and address information, add member information such as name, birthday, etc., send email to other members, add and read events in the alert calendar (sends out e-mail on specified dates), add posts to the message board, add pictures and descriptions to the Network photo gallery, view and read the Network newsletter, view all shared information, and view and print out a variety of reports based on family information. Each member also receives an email alert any time a new newsletter is uploaded to the web, any member edits their profile or adds pictures to the family photo gallery, a new post is added to the family Message Board, or a scheduled calendar alert is activated.
