Internet Broadcast Corp. Begins Commercialization Phase of Its TV News Site

Posted on: Monday, 2 April 2007, 12:00 CDT

NEW YORK, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Internet Broadcast Corp. (http://www.nuvu.tv/), the premier online destination for worldwide breaking TV news, announces two new products that optimize how advertisers and broadcast partners target audiences. The Company's new and enhanced multi-lingual video search engine and unique Flash video player extend audience segmentation by viewing habits, language and nationality. Updated 24/7, NuVu.TV and its partners broadcast news as it happens. Partners include: DHA (Turkey); Yerkir Media (Armenia); FOX News; CBC News; Asia News International (India) and, with today's announcement, the leading video web sites of the world.

The site's multi-platform Flash video player augments the Company's revenue-model that is based on syndication and advertising revenue-sharing. The site's content-license agreements provide round-the-clock streaming of high-quality breaking news videos. In most cases, the syndication rights to much of the content is made available to other news sites with a need for news video, in particular newspaper web sites. With its broadcast partners, the Company continues to focus on sharing online advertising and content.

Tyler N. Cavell, President and Founder, notes, "Like traditional broadcasters, our paths to profitability are paved by our growing broadcast news syndication partnerships and optimized distribution platforms. Content is king. We have it. We can distribute most of it. Our Flash video player works on all Internet connection speeds and on all Internet platforms. Combined with our proprietary video content management system (VCMS) and search engine, NuVu.TV has charted a course to global TV news distribution for a profit. Our extensively compatible and innovative platform is extending the brand and audience of our growing team of TV news broadcast partners of the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa."
