YP Corp. (OTCBB:YPNT), a leading provider of nationwide Internet Yellow Pages and related services, today announced that it is engaging Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. as its independent public accounting firm. Previously the company had engaged Epstein, Weber & Conover, P.L.C., which merged with Moss Adams, LLP on January 1, 2007.
