Union-Tribune Publishing Co. Joins Forces With VMIX Media to Provide Community-Specific Online Content

Union-Tribune Publishing Co. and VMIX Media today announced a partnership whereby VMIX Media will provide new business technology solutions for video uploads, media management, and community tools for SignOnSanDiego.com's new South San Diego County focused Web site at http://utsouth.signonsandiego.com.

The recently launched Web site delivers local sports, events and news content for San Diego's South County community, and the VMIX tools will expand the interactivity and user participation with the site. SignOnSanDiego users can now participate in the reporting of news and events by contributing their own content, including video, photos, and comments, directly to the site.
