Net Optics and BRAIN FORCE Announce Distribution Agreement

Net Optics, Inc. announced it has entered into a sole distribution agreement with BRAIN FORCE to manage its existing European channel relationships. BRAIN FORCE Frankfurt GmbH, a subsidiary of the corporation with its headquarters in Vienna, will manage the expanding channel and distribution for Net Optics' products. In 2007, they expect Net Optics brand and leadership position in Europe to grow at record levels year over year.
"As the demand for organizations to monitor, and protect data on their networks grows, the need for Net Optics' market leading products has increased to a point where it makes sense to rapidly expand the growth of our business via a partnership in Europe," states Bob Shaw, CEO of Net Optics, Inc.
The Frankfurt subsidiary of the Holding company has had a successful relationship with Net Optics for quite some time. The deeper relationship with for BRAIN FORCE to manage European sales demonstrates the excellent partnership between the two firms.

The agreement calls for BRAIN FORCE to market and offer support for Net Optics' products within their pan-European sales network. Located in Europe, BRAIN FORCE will warehouse Net Optics products in Langen, near Frankfurt Germany to provide the full family of products across Europe. Channel partners and customers benefit from enhanced product availability, lead-times and lower distribution costs.
