Viper Networks to Market VoIP Products and Services to Consumers in India Through Partnership With Indent Solutions

Viper Networks, Inc., (OTC: VPER), a leading innovator and provider of Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) products and services, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish a partnership with Indent Solutions of India to distribute a full line of VoIP products and services to both residential and commercial customers in that country. The LOI agreement was signed April 13th by both companies, with the mutual goal being to strengthen each company's position in the rapidly growing VoIP market in India. Indent Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which identifies itself on its Web site as a "no frills, business process solutions provider", is headquartered in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
CEO of Viper Networks, Mr. Farid Shouekani, commented, "This relationship with Indent Solutions will be very beneficial to Viper; especially to our efforts of establishing a presence in the Asian market, as Indent has access to powerful distribution channels throughout India."
