Genband Completes Acquisition of Tekelec's Switching Solutions Group

With the acquisition complete, GENBAND now possesses an enviable portfolio of high-performance media gateways and multimedia applications. This portfolio of GENBAND solutions are deployed by some of the world's leading service providers including AT&T, Verizon, Cablevision, Charter, Videotron, Frontier, TDS, Windstream, Embarq, CenturyTel, T-Mobile, China Mobile, Softbank Broadband, Axtel, Primus, and Telepacific.
