IDT to Webcast Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2005 Financial Results on October 21, 2004

IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Nasdaq:IDTI), a leading communications IC company, today announced it will issue second quarter fiscal year 2005 financial results on October 21, 2004 and will hold a live Webcast and teleconference to discuss the results.
The Webcast will begin at 2:30 p.m. PDT and will be accessible via the IDT Web site at www.IDT.com. The Webcast replay will be available after 5 p.m. PDT on October 21 through November 12. The teleconference, which will run concurrently with the Webcast, will be available for replay after 6 p.m. PDT on October 21 through 11 p.m. PDT on October 28.
