INDIANAPOLIS, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- n|Frame, one of Indiana's largest business continuity experts, reports a record first quarter with significant increases in revenue and the highest ever customer satisfaction ratings. During this period the company also added a variety of new services, national facilities and staff members.
At the end of the first quarter, n|Frame's Chief Operating Officer Robert J. Alcorn reported 21 percent year-over-year revenue growth. Based on growing demand from current customers, a full sales pipeline and a series of new partnerships, Alcorn expects to surpass this growth rate in 2007. Following the February announcement of n|Frame's acquisition by Continental Broadband, Inc., the new ownership structure has yielded significant benefits to n|Frame's clients. These include broader managed technology services and access to a network of data centers across the U.S. offering geographically- diverse data replication and disaster recovery options.
"Our relationship with Continental Broadband and ongoing positive revenue performance are fueling our ability to re-invest in n|Frame's services, infrastructure and personnel," noted Alcorn. "The combined strength of our solid business model, financial strength, depth and breadth of services and technical expertise continue to sustain our market leadership position."
A first-quarter customer satisfaction survey illustrated the loyalty of n|Frame's clients. In the proprietary survey, 99.5 percent of respondents stated they would recommend n|Frame to a colleague. "Many of our clients have been with us for years," says Alcorn. "I'm proud that we have the trust and confidence of some of Indiana's largest corporations. I attribute our high customer satisfaction ratings to our staff's consistent attentiveness to detail and a corporate culture of going 'above and beyond' the call of duty in meeting client needs. Though n|Frame continues to grow in size and scope every quarter, it's the employees' ongoing dedication to extraordinary service that enables our continued success."
To manage the company's continued growth, during first quarter n|Frame added and promoted several key staff members:
-- A sales executive with more than 10 years experience in the information technology, finance, manufacturing and transportation industries, Erin Masterson joined n|Frame to broaden the company's network of strategic partners. She has a proven track record of achievement in dynamic, competitive environments and works with existing clients to provide the highest level of ongoing support. A graduate of Indiana University, Erin assists prospective customers in aligning their business goals with technology solutions.
-- Michael Seals was promoted from lead engineer to manager of managed services. His primary responsibilities are to develop value-added managed services offerings and ensure consistent high-quality delivery of those services. With more than 19 years experience in the technology industry, Seals has in-depth knowledge of IT needs unique to many industries including finance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, government and education. He has earned IT systems management degrees from Irvine Valley College, California and Indiana Institute of Technology.
-- Eric Beasley joined n|Frame as senior systems engineer.
