Relational Technology Solutions Bolsters Cleveland Operations With Key Additions to Company's Sales Organization

Relational Technology Solutions (RTS), one of the largest independent technology leasing and converged technology solutions providers in North America, today announced the appointments of Robert Jones and Michael Parris as account managers at the company's Cleveland office.
Since its establishment in 2001, Relational's Cleveland operation has pursued an aggressive expansion strategy, complemented by the growth in demand for converged technology solutions amongst local organizations in the fields of consumer packaged goods, financial services, food services/restaurants, insurance and manufacturing.
Relational is committed to supporting these and other verticals by delivering best-in-class solutions from leading vendors like Avaya, HP and Lenovo, and providing full-service technology lifecycle management encompassing technology acquisition, finance and disposition.

Robert Jones comes to Relational with more than 16 years of successful sales and management experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. In addition to focusing on the Ohio region in sales roles with Doan Pyramid Communications, Global Crossing Conferencing and Sprint, Robert has also held management positions at F5 Networks and Cable and Wireless. Robert will serve as a national account manager.
Michael Parris joins Relational as an associate account manager. With a diverse background spanning both publishing and corporate law, Michael is tasked with assisting national account managers in the generation of new business, while simultaneously providing enhanced customer service and support to existing accounts.
