CNH Holdings Company Dba Cistera Networks Graduates First Cistera Certified Application Engineers

(OTC BB: CNHC) -- CNH Holdings Company dba Cistera Networks, a leading platform provider for advanced IP phone applications in the Cisco IP Telephony environment announced today that the first class of 15 software engineers, representing 5 of their authorized channel partners, completed the three-day training program and were awarded designation as Cistera Certified Application Engineers. Cistera Networks designs and develops network application appliances with advanced IP Communications applications to facilitate the convergence of voice, video and data in a Cisco IP Telephony environment.

Reseller demand exceeded the available slots in the intensive program that covered design, configuration, installation and trouble-shooting for Cisco IP Telephony installations incorporating the Cistera Convergence Server(TM) (CCS) and Cistera Convergence Appliance(TM) (CCA) as a platform for linking advanced telephony applications to Cisco's Call Manager.

"Resellers are finding that the Cistera platform helps them close the sale for customers considering Cisco IP Telephony," commented Derek P. Downs, president and acting CEO. "The platform clearly demonstrates the capabilities of a converged network." Downs continued, "Graduates of this training program will be able to rapidly configure IPT solutions using the wide array of packaged applications on our platform, better enabling our channel to fully support the increasing customer demand for advanced IPT solutions."

The channel partners participating in this first training course included: Avnet, DataVox, eLinear Solutions, Global Data Systems and InterNetwork Experts.

Cistera Networks, which began shipping the Cistera Convergence Server(TM) and suite of advanced IP phone applications in November 2003, has 50 installed customers, and 23 leading Value-added Resellers (VARs) across the U.S. and Canada.

Two additional training classes will be conducted this year in Dallas, Texas USA. Preference for attendance, which costs $2,500, will be given to engineers employed by channel partners of Cistera.
