Silicon Border Taps Bob Moore to Be VP of Business Development

Bob Moore has joined Silicon Border Development as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Moore was formerly Director of Sales Operations & Business Development for Dubai Silicon Oasis where he was responsible for bringing in a number of technology companies to Dubai’s first technology park.

Prior to his role at Dubai Silicon Oasis he was Director of Sales for DongbuAnam Semiconductor Operations (semiconductor wafer foundry in Korea). Mr. Moore was also Director of Sales and Marketing at Redwood Microsystems (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEM) Company) and Regional Sales Manager at SCP Global (Semiconductor Equipment Company).

In addition to an extensive sales background in the industry Bob Moore held several Manufacturing engineering and Research & Development positions at several semiconductor companies including Intel Corporation, Integrated Device Technology (IDT) and NCR.

Mr. Moore holds board seats at MCSP Corp (Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging Company) and the Silver Creek Country Club. Mr. Moore Holds a BS degree in Engineering from Wright University.
