Jumpnode Reports Strong Demand From Resellers for Innovative Network Monitoring and Remote Access Product
Posted on: Thursday, 24 May 2007, 12:00 CDT
Jumpnode Systems (www.jumpnode.com), the pioneer in appliance-enabled software (AeS) services for monitoring and remote management, today announced that eight new value-added resellers (VARs) have recently been accepted into the Jumpnode Partner Program. Since its April 24, 2007 debut, the program has enjoyed strong interest and rapid acceptance from a broad swath of resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) nationwide.
The latest resellers to join the Jumpnode Partner Program include:
-- JDM Infrastructure (Chicago, Illinois) -- N'Compass (Minneapolis, Minnesota) -- Red House (Birmingham, Alabama) -- Corporate Computer Services (Richardson, Texas) -- Visory Group -- Networks.com (Syracuse, New York) -- Definitive Solutions (Cincinnati, Ohio) -- SSP Data (Richmond, California) -- CS&S Computer Systems (Tempe, Arizona)
"Over the last twenty-five years, we've worked with a number of monitoring systems, including N-able," said Sandesh Mutha, principal for SSP Data -- a California-based VAR and IT services provider. "N-able works well for larger enterprises, but it's prohibitively expensive and complex for the vast majority of smaller customers. We're adding Jumpnode to our portfolio because its tiny footprint, fool-proof operation and low cost make it ideal for many small to mid-sized organizations. And the fantastic user interface and reporting make it one of the slickest products on the market."
"While many resellers offer sophisticated enterprise network management systems, most struggle to justify their cost and complexity to smaller customers," said Kirsten Chapman, vice president of marketing and channels for Jumpnode Systems. "Those that take five minutes to look at this system understand immediately that Jumpnode is truly unique in its combination of simplicity and power. For them, adding Jumpnode to their product arsenal isn't a difficult decision."
About Jumpnode Systems
Jumpnode Systems is the pioneer of the appliance-enabled software (AeS) services platform for monitoring and remote management. Using a unique architecture that integrates plug-in onsite appliances with software delivered as a hosted service, this platform greatly simplifies the way companies can monitor and troubleshoot most network-aware devices and equipment. For intelligent device and equipment manufacturers, it serves as a platform for delivering post-sales product services and support, as well as a way to lock in after-market consumables and related product sales.
In addition to its application services platform, the company offers a network monitoring and remote access product that gives users a unified view of the network through a web-based dashboard. Based in Minneapolis, Jumpnode markets its offerings through resellers, OEMs and managed service providers.
