By The News & Observer, Raleigh, N.C.
May 31–DURHAM — Someone sprayed “KKK” and other racial slurs at an apartment complex Wednesday. The messages appeared to be directed at the management, police said.
The graffiti, spray-painted near the entrance of Pinnacle Ridge Apartments on University Drive, do not appear to have been done by the Klu Klux Klan, police said. No suspects have been arrested.
