Network Equipment Technologies to Demonstrate VX1200 Unified Communications Gateway at Microsoft Tech-Ed Conference

Telecommunications equipment maker Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: NWK), a global provider of multi-service network exchange solutions for enterprise and government customers, announced today that it will be participating in Microsoft's Tech-Ed conference in Orlando, Florida, June 4-7, in booth #552. At the conference, NET will demonstrate its VX1200 Unified Communications Gateway, which enables enterprises to seamlessly integrate Microsoft's unified messaging and unified communications solutions into their existing voice networks and PBX systems.
The VX1200 is optimized to provide enterprise-class integration, interoperability, and security with the scalability required for successful adoption of unified messaging with Microsoft Exchange 2007 and unified communications with the upcoming release of Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007.
