Veramark Wins Large Municipal Government Order for VeraSMART

Veramark Technologies, Inc. (OCTBB: VERA) today announced receipt of a significant order from a large municipal government.

The city purchased EZ-Share, Online Directory, Call Accounting, Invoice Management, and Allocation modules of the VeraSMART Communications Management Suite. Along with VeraSMART's EZ-Share middleware solution, the city will use the Invoice Management and Allocation modules to accurately account for over 10,000 items of telecom-related inventory, manage multiple invoices from various vendors, and appropriately allocate costs across the city departments. The Call Accounting module will be used to manage the city's 10,000 extensions across five locations; two Cisco Call Manager switch sites; and three Fujitsu switch sites to collect approximately two million call records per month. Also, the city purchased VeraSMART's Online Directory enabling all city employees to easily search and access employee and other contact information.

The VeraSMART solution was chosen for its robust functionality, ability to handle massive amounts of data, flexibility, ease of use, and seamless integration between its modules and other systems.
