Congratulations, Justices
Our Utah Supreme Court should be congratulated for its superb and expeditious review of the voucher and ballot issue. Regardless of where one stands on vouchers, we should all be appreciative of the thoughtful, scholarly and highly professional action of the justices. They waded through an 8-inch stack of legal memoranda in one or two days. During oral argument, their questions were intelligent, poignant and difficult to answer. They were respectful of the parties and very attentive to what was being said.
They should be congratulated and commended for their outstanding service on behalf of the citizens of Utah and the manner in which they resolve difficult questions.
