China Busts Online Stripper Ring

Chinese police have arrested seven suspects in connection with a collection of Web sites providing online stripteases to foreign viewers.
The Ministry of Public Security said the crackdown took place in Shenzhen late last month as part of a nationwide crackdown on pornography that has already netted nearly 300 arrests.
The Xinhua news agency said the suspects ran a dozen sites that featured young women recruited by the ringleader. The servers used by the Web sites were all located in Hong Kong and Taiwan and the sites could not be accessed inside China.
