Vehicle License Renewal Services Available Online

Jun. 23–The Larimer County Clerk and Recorder motor vehicle licensing office is offering vehicle license renewal services on the department’s Web site.
The office also is setting up a computer in the lobby of the office for those without home Internet access.
All vehicles needing renewal licenses from Larimer County can access the Web site at www.larimer.org/motorv.
From the home page, select “renew vehicle registrations online” link and follow the instructions.
Anyone wishing to use the Web site for renewals will need:
–The license plate number
–Current emissions test data on file
–Current insurance information on file
–Credit card or checking account information
–A valid e-mail address
Larimer Clerk and Recorder Scott Doyle said more than 50 percent of the office’s daily lobby business is generated by tag renewals, and the office receives more than 500 mail-in renewals per day, according to a press release.
