Seattle Employment Lawsuit Settled By Calence, LLC and Dimension Data North America, Inc.

SEATTLE, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Calence, LLC and Dimension Data North America, Inc. jointly announced today the settlement of a lawsuit filed by Calence arising out of Dimension Data's hiring of certain employees in Calence's Seattle office. The parties reached the settlement after completing the first week of a jury trial before U.S. District Judge Ricardo Martinez in Seattle. Terms of the settlement are confidential.
