Live Broadcasting of 10th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Netage Group, Inc. In Second Life

Netage Group, Inc. (TOKYO:2497) (CEO: Satoshi Koike) is pleased to announce its decision to stream the live broadcast of its 10th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Business Presentation Meeting held today in its premises in Second Life.

1. Purpose

The market of services provided through three dimension virtual spaces (3D Internet, hereinafter "3Di") including "Second Life" developed and provided by an American company, Linden Lab is expected to grow. Therefore, positioning this business field as our focus, we have recently announced the establishment of 3Di Inc. engaged in 3Di-related businesses (Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Tsuyoshi Ogawa, hereinafter "3Di Inc.") as well as the decision to make Jiku Lab Inc. engaged in R&D in the field of 3Di our consolidated subsidiary (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo President: Hirotaka Jiku, hereinafter "Jiku Lab").

Given these circumstances, as a part of our commitment to the 3Di business field, we have decided to broadcast in real time our 10th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Business Presentation Meeting in our premises located in "Second Life", therefore allowing many people including our shareholders to view the proceedings of the meetings.

The IR Staff will be stationed in our premises inside "Second Life" to answer questions during the Business Presentation Meeting.

In addition, our future Company Information Sessions for investors and Shareholders' Meetings will also be broadcasted live in "Second Life".

Today's meetings will be produced, managed, and broadcasted by our group companies 3Di Inc., Jiku Lab, and MELTINGDOTS Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Taishi Asaeda), with the support of SERVEROUSJAPAN, inc. (Main Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Kenichi Hagiya).

2. Outline of Shareholders' Meeting and Business Presentation Meeting broadcasted in Second Life

Date and Time: Friday, June 22, 2007 from 13:00 until the end of the Business Presentation Meeting.

Place: Netage Group premises inside "Second Life" (Meltingdots Island Branch).

Viewers will not be able to execute voting rights or ask questions during the 10th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders through the Internet.
