This morning, Look Entertainment, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LKEI) announced its official corporate name change to VTEC Inc. with the new trading symbol of (PINKSHEETS: VTEC). This corporate name change and symbol change comes in response to the companies’ rapidly expanding family of Internet properties and the revamping of the corporate executive team.
