TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of committing car crimes in a Warwickshire town. Police arrested a 21-year-old, from Leamington, on suspicion of theft from a vehicle in the Church Street area of the town at the weekend. He was charged with theft from a vehicle and released on police bail.
