21st Century Crew Exploration Vehicle

In this NASA video segment discover how NASA is redesigning the space vehicle that will carry astronauts back to the moon. This design includes three components: the ARES rocket, the ALTAIR Lunar Lander; and the ORION space capsule. The ORION capsule will house four to six astronauts during lift-off and landing. This video segment takes a look at early tests using a mock-up of Orion.
