How NASA Technologies Influence Indy Cars

Indy car Senior Tech Director, Les McTaggaret, discusses the precautions used to maximize safety and explains how the aerodynamics of the race car has improved due to new technologies. In addition, this segment also describes how NASA is utilizing Indy car crash data to minimize the risks associated with space vehicle re-entry into Earth’s atmosphere and landing.
