More Teens Using Condoms But HIV Rates Remain Steady

A new study from the CDC finds more teens are using condoms, but there are still too many high school students participating in risky sexual behaviors. Nearly half of all new HIV infections occur in people under age 30, and experts say the teen years are the best time to drive home safe sex messages.
