Energy Drink Deaths Under FDA Investigation

The FDA is investigating the energy drink Monster after reports that the drink may be associated with five deaths. A Maryland family is suing the beverage company after their 14 year old daughter dies after drinking two cans of the energy drink in a 24 hour period. Monster company officials do not believe the drinks are responsible for the girl’s death.
