Reducing Liquid Calories Leads to More Weight Loss

A new Johns Hopkins study looked at two different types of calories: Calories from sugary beverages … And calories from solid foods. Turns out: a reduction in liquid calories had a much greater impact on overall weight loss than a reduction in solids!
