Teen Cancer Survivor Wins Mega Millions Lottery Prize

A 19-year-old cancer survivor from Maryland matched five numbers to win a $250,000 prize from Mega Millions. Nick Ruth has been in remission from leukemia for four years. And as Kim Dacey reports, the teen is paying it forward.
