Chimpanzee Predicts Hurricanes
May 18, 2010
The U.S. government’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has been wrong about its hurricane forecasts three out of the last four years, and 7 out of the last 11 years. The National Center for Public Policy Research believes there may be a better way, so we commissioned a forecast by our own climate expert, Dr. James Hansimian. Visit this YouTube Channel at the end of hurricane season to find out who had the better forecast, NOAA or Dr. Hansimian. Credit: NOAA
