Chimpanzee Predicts Hurricanes

May 18, 2010

The U.S. government’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has been wrong about its hurricane forecasts three out of the last four years, and 7 out of the last 11 years. Visit this YouTube Channel at the end of hurricane season to find out who had the better forecast, NOAA or Dr. Hansimian. Credit: NOAA
