Located on top of the Fast Reaction Experiments Enabling Science, Technology, Applications and Research, or FREESTAR, are the Solar Constant Experiment (SOLCON-3) and the Low Power Transceiver. During the STS-107 research mission, FREESTAR will be located inside Space Shuttle Columbia’s payload bay behind the SPACEHAB
