Two-Handed Technique for Cutting Piece of Gap

NASA engineers at Johnson Space Center, Houston, demonstrate a two-handed technique for cutting off a protruding piece of gap filler from between two Space Shuttle heat shield tiles. They are using an improvised hacksaw and forceps.
