Corona Australis

In this zoom sequence we start with a broad panorama of the central parts of Milky Way. As we close in on part of the small constellation of Corona Australis we start to see faint clouds and in the final part of the video the full glory of the dramatic star formation region NGC 6729 is revealed in a new image from the FORS1 instrument on ESO’s Very Large Telescope. credit: ESO
