New Brain Scanner Renders 3-D Images

Psychiatrist Todd Clements bought a new 3-D brain scan called a spect image to get inside his patients’ head. A radioactive material injected into the bloodstream is absored by the brain to show how it functions. Blue areas are calm. Active show up red.
