Daily Weather Summary From July 4, 2012
The brief reprieve we saw this week in terms of temperatures has run its course as warmer temperatures will be reinforcing itself into the picture for the latter part of this week and weekend. Wednesday brought many 4th of July festivities and celebrations, as well as temperatures that closed into triple digits for places like Chicago in the mid-west.
The 4th of July also featured fireworks in the way of thunderstorms in North Dakota, Wisconsin and Minnesota, continuing the assault of severe storms that area has seen over the past few days. Storms were forecasted to be found throughout the northeast, and although we saw strong storms in the New England area, many 4th activities were not affected by the weather.
The heat is slowly decreasing in the fire zones, along with that we are seeing a few t-storms moving into the region that will bring relief to the fire zones.
