The HTC Droid DNA is the Verizon version of the HTC J Butterfly smartphone released in Japan. The Droid DNA was released in November 2012, costing $200 with a two year contract. The display is a 5-inch 1080p touch screen. The phone has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB storage with a microSD slot.

It has two cameras; the front is a 2.1MP with video, and the rear is an 8MP with video. It has wireless charging, (charging pad sold separately) Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

With the Quad Core CPU you are able to do more simultaneously. It enables the user to surf the web, stream HD movies to a TV, edit videos, download apps or listen to music while performing other tasks on the phone.

This phone features a high quality display in true HD so videos, images, and photos can be viewed in brilliant color.

The camera has a one-press option that allows the user to hold down the shutter button to take continuous photos–four per second and a total of 99 consecutively. The camera will automatically take three photos and combine them for a natural looking picture if the scene contains a light in the background (e.g. the sun). It also has an ultra-wide-angle front camera to capture more of the scenery when taking self-portraits.

Unique Accessories:

A charging pillow lets you set the phone on the pillow and it will charge; remove the phone and it will stop charging.

An HTC media link lets the user view the HD content of the phone on an HD TV with a three finger swipe.

A Nokia JBL power up external speaker allows wireless charging and sound.

A FitBit Wireless activity tracker, tracks distance, steps, calories burned, etc., and links the data to the phone.

Other Accessories include wall and car chargers, backup battery chargers, and charging docks, carrying cases, screen protectors, belt clips, custom skins, and vehicle phone holders, USB data cables, hands free headsets and Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth car kits, and FM transmitters.
