QJM An International Journal Of Medicine
QJM: An International Journal of Medicine is a British medical journal published by Oxford University Press on behalf of the Associations of Physicians of Great Britain and Ireland. As of May 2012, the current editor is Michael Bannon.
It was first published in October 1907 as the Quarterly Journal of Medicine. As its name implies, it was published on a quarterly basis until 1985, when it changed to monthly publications, and with that change, came the change of the title, marking a new era for the publication.
The journal focuses on internal medicine and publishes peer-reviewed articles covering medical science and practice. It includes original scientific papers, editorials, reviews, commentaries on controversial issues, and a correspondence column.
