Winter Weather Outlook For November-January For Richmond VA

November 2012: A mild start to the month will bring some cool days. The forecast for the month is to see average temps in the 50-60F range, while there could be 6-8 days above that and also 3-5 days colder. Rainfall will be quite plentiful during the month with about 2-3in. Winter Impacts for the month will be the chance for frost and freezing conditions.

December 2012: A cool down is in the making for the month as the forecast for average temps to be around 40-50F with about 2-4 days warmer and 10-12 days being colder. The precipitation for the month will be around 3-5in of rainfall along with 4-6in of snowfall possible.

January 2013: This month will usher in cooler weather with the forecast average temps to be around 30-40F, while there is the chance to see 5-7 days above this and also 4-6  days colder than this.
