NEW YORK (Reuters) - Los Angeles Dodgers closer Eric Gagne is to undergo arm surgery for the second time in less than a year, the National League team said on Thursday. Gagne will have the surgery on Friday to remove a nerve from his pitching elbow, the same one that was operated on last season.
