Cleverlance (Prague, Czech Republic), software company, bought the anti-virus company AEC (Czech Republic) in 2H 2007. The transaction's value has not been published. Expected consolidated proceeds of the companies AEC and Cleverlance will reach about CEK 600 mil in 2007.
