Alcatel Shanghai Bell (ASB) has announced the launch of its next generation network (NGN) reality centre in Shanghai. After one in Antwerp, Belgium, the NGN centre is Alcatel's first in Asia Pacific. The centre will be operated and managed by ASB, Alcatel's subsidiary in China.
