Breakaway Abkhazia may demand striking a fresh balance with Georgia in terms of the distribution of the energy generated by the Inguri hydro-electric power plant, a Georgian newspaper has said.
SUKHUMI. Oct 12 (Interfax) - The Abkhaz president's father Vasily Bagapsh died early on Sunday at the age of 90, the Abkhaz president's staff told Interfax. Vasily Bagapsh will be buried in his native village Dzhgerda in Abkhazia's Ochamchira district.
