NEW YORK (AP) - The show will go on. The actors' union and Broadway theater producers reached a tentative agreement for a new contract Wednesday, averting the possibility of a strike such as the one that shut down Broadway for almost three weeks in November.

NEW YORK - About a dozen actors who perform in shows at the American Girl Place toy and children's clothing store in New York have voted to unionize, the company said Saturday. The performers voted 7-5 to join Actors' Equity Association, American Girl spokeswoman Julie Parks said.
