CLEVELAND, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG) announced today that it has acquired the stock of Acme Aerospace, Inc. (Acme) from a subsidiary of Actuant Corporation (NYSE: ATU) for approximately $40 million in cash.
