By KEITH LESLIE TORONTO (CP) - An agreement to phase out hundreds of daily truckloads of garbage from the Toronto area to Michigan by 2010 gives local municipalities four years more breathing room to find alternatives for their trash, Ontario Environment Minister Laurel Broten said Thursday.
